Steps to Reproduce

1. I took Frontline medic as my artifact reward.
2. My teammate went down.
3. No stoneskin was indicated in the interface.
4. Revive time was about the same.

Explanation

The Artifact "Frontline Medic" fails to give 99 stoneskin and 50% revive speed.
