Steps to Reproduce

1. Pick slicer
2. Equip the recklessness deck
3. Acquire disposable sentry turrets
4. Have at least one axe out bio booster
5. Place turrets
6. Wait for them to shoot at any enemy
7. Get the buff (look at the bottom-middle for the axe out buff icon)

Explanation

I'm getting the Axe out buff from just my disposable sentry turrets shooting. Completely ignoring the conditions to get the buff (emptying a magazine to get 2x melee damage)
