Steps to Reproduce

1. Ran out of ammo while using Devastator
2. Killed an enemy via melee to get ammo
3. Got no ammo

Explanation

Bio Energy seems very inconsistent with replenishing ammo. Sometimes if you don't kill with a weapon, you do not get any ammo.
