Steps to Reproduce

1. Identify the issue: is nearly undoable
2. Background context: i am a Haz5+8 player and also managed to do a Haz5 with double health enemies in Rogue Core
3. Specific issue: but playing ALONE is not fun anymore
4. Reproduction steps: Swarm into another swarm, only common upgrades in first round, no red sugar upgrades
5. Additional note: if you play alone this needs to be adressed
