Explanation
During the final boss fight, after throwing the required rocks at the h***, the boss remained invulnerable. Its health bar stayed locked and we were unable to deal any damage, making it impossible to progress and casuing the run to fail.
This happened once during this run, I am not sure if it is consistently reproducible.
