Steps to Reproduce

1. Level up from an expendite upgrade
2. Pick any upgrade
3. After the upgrade has been taken, verify that the sprinting button stops functioning
4. Shoot once to resolve the issue and confirm that the sprinting button starts working again

Explanation

Cannot run after taking an upgrade
