Steps to Reproduce

1. Go into a mission
2. Generate a LOK-1 until it contains the aforementioned starting upgrades.

Explanation

LOK-1 Smart Rifle starting upgrade contains +30% Lock-On Area Size and -50% Lock-On Area Size simultaneously.
