Steps to Reproduce

1. Joined a multiplayer game
2. Picked a weapon with x2 magazine size
3. Got twice the expected magazine capacity

Explanation

x2 magazine size attribute applies twice in multiplayer, effectively becoming x4 magazine size. Source doesn't matter (workbench/locker)
