Steps to Reproduce

1. Got weapon, tool, and grenade
2. Equipped the flare gun
3. Equipped a second weapon on the workbench
4. Flare gun max ammo reduced to 18 (from 26)

Explanation

Extra ammo from only having one weapon applies to the Flare gun.
