Steps to Reproduce

  1. Boot game
  2. Join session (not as host)
  3. Do not enter mission, open mission terminal after mission selected by host
  4. Clear the malfunction box, then close/reopen the mission terminal

Explanation

Mission malfunction screen appears when entering the mission terminal as non-host. First time lets you close the dialog box and using the mission terminal. Second time does not allow you to clear the dialog box and prevents using the mission terminal at all.
