Explanation

Slicer was not receiving 100% block chance from Immunity Buffer. Could slash then could take damage immediately after.
Slicer's weapon, the silverback, was repeatedly spamming the fire sound effect for all users.
Lucky Shot upgrade was not providing ammunition to Spotter with Devastator + Fusion Power Rod
