Steps to Reproduce

1. Picked the QCQ artifact when rerolling the First ammo in mag crits upgrade.
2. QCQ does not proceed to work.

Explanation

Picking QCQ from the Rerolling feature adds the artifact to your upgrades, but doesnt function
