Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the loadout menu.
2. Ensure you are in a lobby with another player.
3. Notice the issue.

Explanation

The loadout screen has a visual bug behind the primary menu. It looks either like a bunch of disconnected squares or maybe it's supposed to replicate the monitor behind the screen, but it is shaking incredibly violently. I hope this is fixed not just for visual clutter in a menu but also potentially reducing the risk of a seizure in somebody (probably not the game they should be playing but I'm not trying to be ableist)
