Steps to Reproduce

1. Not sure how to reliably reproduce the gear on top of the elevator shaft thing.
2. The mismatched blue placeholder gear thing can probably be reproduced by playing a gear level with 4 players.

Explanation

It was an elevator floor with the gears. Two things: the elevator's blue gear placeholder indicators only show the accurate number of gears for the host player. The other thing is that one of the gears spawned at the top of the previous elevator's elevator shaft, requiring a driller to drill all the way up to the tippy top to the undrillable terrain.
