Impact Radiance Upgrade Counted Twice and Not Stacking Properly

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select impact radiance at a negotiation
2. At another negotiation, select impact radiance again
3. (Optional, would also be good to test with other upgrades)
4. Repeat steps but with different upgrades

Explanation

In the top right corner where the upgrades are, it says that the common upgrade (impact radiance, or whatever it's called, the new one) is counted as two different upgrades and isn't being stacked like normal. This might also be an issue with other upgrades fyi
