Steps to Reproduce

1. Reach Legendary 2 and be level 30
2. Start ascension ceremony with less than 10,000 merit points

Explanation

The ascension ceremony that grants you legendary 3 does not cost any merit points and displays as costing -1 merits. It should require 10,000. Legendary 4 and beyond have normal merit requirements.
