Steps to Reproduce
- I had at least 1 upgrade in Ellis.
- I called Ellis to deposit. Ellis sat there waiting to get the upgrade button pressed, which I ignored.
- I killed the Anamoly and deposited the Artifact.
- I pressed the upgrade button.
- The Artifact reward came first. I selected my upgrade.
- It went to the normal upgrade choice and allowed me to select, but didn't show Cooper's upgrade.
- I selected my upgrade. It flashed to go to the next and showed my previous selection. I can no longer select anything. I am stuck.
Explanation
Could not select Cooper's upgrade and game softlocked.
