Steps to Reproduce
- Had 1 upgrade banked and ready to use
- Deposited sentinel core
- Initiated upgrade and chose artifact
- Picked perk on next selection but no Cooper upgrades to choose from
Explanation
No upgrade options for Cooper causing me to be unable to leave upgrade screen after depositing sentinel core (artifact was chosen just before this upgrade).
