Explanation
Yesterday a had a bug, that made me restart the game, becouse i couldn't get out of the skill choosing screen. Was playing solo, with Cooper. I had enough exponite to level up at R.E.P.D, but i had an artifact on the stage, and tought, why not both later.
When i activated R.E.P.D, i got to the legendary upgrade screen, and chose my upgrade, then came the exponite upgrade. I selected one of the three, but there was none for cooper, but the game wouldn't let me continue, until i chose one for him. The only option was, to restart the game.
