Steps to Reproduce
- I noticed a lag spike each time we phased him.
- On the third phase, there was a long spike (2-3 seconds) and then no riftstones.
- Something bad is happening when we phase him.
Explanation
Moluktua did not spawn his riftstones, leaving us unable to complete the encounter.
