Steps to Reproduce

  1. Play through a mission as usual.
  2. Fight the molaktula gatekeeper (preferably dealing a ludicrous amount of dps as that's what we did).
  3. Complete the first 2 stages as usual.

Explanation

Molaktula gatekeeper failed to spawn core stone shards on its last stage.
