Explanation
Cosmetic crates fail to reward new items on occasion. After all pickaxe parts/armor paints are collected, the cosmetic crates will reward nothing sometimes instead beards, headwares, eyebrows, etc. I assume this is because there are seperate pools for cosmetic crates to choose from and when the crate chooses from a pool where you've collected everything it just says "empty"
