Steps to Reproduce
- Play a mission with the Jumble alteration active (Solo)
- Have an upgrade available at the REPD
- Install a toolkit onto a workbench
- Activate REPD upgrade negotiation
- Equip a new weapon when available from the options
- Open the workbench
- There should be a missing option preventing you from upgrading your newly equipped weapon
Explanation
Workbenches do not provide upgrade options for new weapons equipped after the toolkit has been placed on workbench
