Steps to Reproduce

1. Activate a workbench
2. Collect a new weapon, in this case a thunderhead from a heavy weapon chest
3. Observe the new weapon is not available for upgrade

Explanation

When collecting a new weapon after activating the workbench, the new weapon does not appear
