Explanation

Sometimes a server won't show up on the server list for some people
I was playing in my server with 8 people and a friend on steam texted me saying my sv didn't show up on the list for him. He tried rebooting the game and it still wouldn't show up. Only afer I my self, restarted the whole server it did show up for him to join. I think this is probably a bug, I don't have much more info on it.
