Steps to Reproduce

1. You have a grenade in slot 4
2. You throw several
3. It's possible that one might be launched while activated, but it doesn't actually explode.
4. It remains inactive but with the detonation sprite
5. This also happened in other versions

Explanation

Hi, I've noticed that if you have a grenade in your hand and throw one, it might not detonate. I don't know if this is intentional or a bug, but I thought I'd mention it.
