Microphone Not Working After Update to Forefront v5.0

Regression of:	#244 Intermittent Voice Chat Failures in Game This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Closed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch forefront
2. Join a lobby
3. Try speaking (notice how mic icon does not appear in leaderboard in nametag)
4. Open settings
5. In the audio tab, disable voice chat
6. Wait for text to say "voice chat disabled" (greyed out "connect" button)
7. enable voice chat
8. Wait for text to say "voice chat enabled" in green
9. Check leaderboard while speaking again (didn't work for me)

Explanation

Microphone just doesn't work most of the time.

When I join some servers my microphone was just not working. I'm not aware of any bans or mutes and this happened only after the 2nd time I played Forefront v5.0.

The biggest issue is that even disabling, then enabling voice chat doesn't even resolve the issue.
