Steps to Reproduce

1. Join game
2. Reconnect voice chat
3. Fail

Explanation

voice chat stops working intermittently i will join a server and have no voice chat but then another server will be fine or no servers will be fine until a reboot of my headset or game then other times it just doesnt work regardless of what i do
