Steps to Reproduce

1. Pull forehand trigger.
2. Move forehand towards back hand.
3. Hear reload sound, see pump action slide.
4. Pull trigger, hear click because the gun didn't reload despite visually and audibly reloading.

Explanation

Pump action shotgun frequently doesn't reload despite playing reload sound. Lorium ipsum.
