Steps to Reproduce

1. alt+enter forefront
2. cant re-scale the window

Explanation

if i alt+enter, im unable to resize the window, leaving me with a 4k sized window that i cant scale down onto my 2nd monitor. since i want to use the steamvr's vr view instead of forefronts crappy spectator cam, while still being tabbed into forefront for better perf.
