Charging Handle Grab Failure on First Attempt

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try to grab the charging handle.
2. You cannot grab it, no matter where you place your hand or what angle you hold your hand at.
3. After ~30 attempts, you eventually grab it.
4. After you've grabbed it once, it can easily be grabbed with your hand in any position as long as it's vaguely near the charging handle.
5. This only seems to happen the first time I try to grab it in a match, might even only be the first time I try to grab it after booting up the game.

Explanation

Charging handle on the auto shotgun cannot be grabbed the first time you try to grab it in a match.
