Steps to Reproduce

1. Seen issue 1 many times (empty server when it says it’s full)
2. The second issue I’ve only noticed once or twice so far

Explanation

I’ve seen this server issue repeatedly – it shows 31/32 in the player count, I joined the server, I’m the only one there. I leave, go back to the server browser, it still says it’s a full game 31/32, I join, and I’m the only one again. same server.

Also in the last game, it was a full game 16 vs 15 - and I had no squad mates the whole game. Many times I wanted to spawn in my teammate’s helicopter, but I couldn’t spawn on anyone. no one ever showed up in the left squad spawn menu
