Quest Video Capture Function Intermittently Fails

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start Meta Quest video capture with default settings: 1024x1024/1920x1080, 30 fps, no stabilization, 5 mbps
2. Play as usual
3. Notice the record is broken
4. Try to restart recording
5. Check the video file

Explanation

Forefront breaks quest video record. Sometimes it goes fine, but frequently it just breaks the video file and capture function. And when you try to restart capture, it breaks in a second.
