Semi-auto gun bolt cycle resets on trigger spam

Steps to Reproduce

1. Take semi-auto gun, with lowered RPM (deagle, SVD, Barret, semi auto shotgun)
2. Try to shoot in tempo
3. Then try to spam trigger

Explanation

Bolt cycle breaks on semi-auto guns, when try to shoot before bolt is ready. If you press trigger before a gun is ready to shoot next shot, the cycle starts from beginning. E.g. in normal deagle able to make 3-4 shots in a second , but if you will spam trigger, the second shot can take more than 1 second.
