Vehicle exit causes player to be placed in midair

Steps to Reproduce

1. Join a high traffic server. You are looking for a "red stopwatch" icon at the top of your HUD.
2. Board any ground vehicle (ATV, jeep, etc.)
3. Leave the vehicle.
4. At some point, leaving the vehicle will teleport you to a random position.

Explanation

Ground vehicles like the jeep and ATV have a chance to move you a seemingly random point in the sky rather than directly outside of the vehicle. The bug affects the driver's seat as well as the passengers' seats. I have experienced this bug on Iceland and Paradise while using the ATV and jeep.

On the rare occasion that I am able to make it to the ground post-teleport, I have discovered that my controls have rotated 90 degrees - Up moves right, right moves backwards, and so on.

This bug seems extremely prevalent while playing on high population servers where you receive a "red stopwatch" icon at the top of your screen.
