Steps to Reproduce
- Launching a game from Steam
- Without using Steam VR
- Without using launch parameters
Explanation
The game gets stuck loading at "ONBOARDING: 10/18." I'm in Russia and tried searching for similar errors, but from what I've seen, it shouldn't be a regional issue. The first time I launched the game, it asked me to disable OpenXR, which I did.

You do need OpenXR to play this game, so it is weird that it asked you to disable that.
