Regression of:	#320 Players get stuck in the ground after trading kills between tanks This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Closed.

Explanation

I got killed by a tanks main gun and dropped below the ground on Mauritania Stage 3, defender's camp. The respawn menu wasn't even visible or accessible and when I turned my head, the screen went in the other direction. I only could click on "Quit Game", after which I got the Black Screen Menu Bug and had to restart the game completely to continue.
