Steps to Reproduce

  1. Load an M4 with a partially filled magazine.
  2. Fire some rounds so the magazine still has more than 0 rounds remaining.
  3. Perform a speed reload.
  4. Attempt to fire immediately after the reload.

Explanation

Player must rack charging handle on M4 after speed reload even when previous magazine still had rounds
