Explanation

Severe server lag, apparently affecting all players as others were complaining and leaving. Occured on 'EUROPE-CONQUEST 24/7-#092' at 11:52 CET, as seen in the video.

EDIT: Added a second video of the same thing happening, half the server left so it was definately not only client-side.
