Frequent Extreme Server Lag and Rubber Banding

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have to quit the game and reload the game as accessing the menu is not possible
2. Majority of the time if I do get a chance to leave the map I get black screened

Explanation

Extreme server lag. I have a 1G download speed with ping usually under 20 but can spike to 50 on occasion. This happens on numerous occasions and can very. Examples: either I alone get extreme lag to the point I cannot leave a vehicle or move. Last occurrence the team I was on all froze whilst the opposing team did not experience any lag and were able to move freely. In both cases rubber banding is an issue or am completely froze.
