Regression of:	#335 Recoil Issue on PCVR Oculus Rift S: Gun Flails Wildly During Fire This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Closed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. aim the gun and fire
2. gun goes almost sideways while shooting

Explanation

i get vary wobbly hands when i fire. ive tried with all guns but the shotgun and rockets are fine. just when im aiming with a full auto gun my trigger hand will fly away and my gun points in all directions once almost every time i fire(index controller)
