Game Crashes and Fails to Close After Match End Error

Steps to Reproduce
- Play until the end of a match
- Observe the outcome
Explanation
At the end of a match, the game gives an error with a single word (can't quite remember what it was, continue or something), which quickly goes like 500ft away and the rest of the screen is black.
After this, the game can't seem to close without a reboot. I even tried going into task manager and using "end task", but it didn't stop. Steam also still said "stopping" instead of play.
After half an hour, it still hasn't managed to close. I did notice that as time went it the file (forefront_internal) used less RAM. Also, all other files were able to close.
This seems to happen every hour or two of gameplay, only at the end of a match. Im not sure if map changes are the cause, since I dont see what's next.

This project restricts device information visibility.Another thing just happened: I exited VR and it had the same failure to shut down. I didn't stop the game first, just hit the "exit VR" button. Same as before, I had to reboot to stop it.
Also I remembered; the word is "count"
