Regression of:	#261 Guns Not Registering Hits Despite Blood Splatter Animation This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Closed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play recon for 1 day

Explanation

The hit reg feels like a** to play with on recon

Like I hit way more shots than it counts but it doesn’t want me to get more kills than I do so instead it will give me a hit marker but no hit. It is infuriating playing with it because it’s like playing a gambling sim with my shots will I miss or will I hit but it doesn’t count. Even headshot’s don’t feel right it is more like upper torso rather than the head. In the video if you zoom in and slow it down you can see that I should have hit his head but because of the hit reg it won’t count as a hit.
