Regression of:	#261 Guns Not Registering Hits Despite Blood Splatter Animation This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Closed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Just shooting enemies.
2. Doesn't seem to be a correlation to anything else.
3. Lowest ping servers.

Explanation

Shots going right through enemies. Low ping server, really good Internet. No issues with other games like this. Reviewing videos in slow motion proves it. Through center of body..center of head. Also sometimes getting red hit markers with no damage..
