Steps to Reproduce
- Took 'VIGOR CHARGER', sometimes few, CDR was working
- Died, tested it a few times
- After my first death, I was revived by a teammate
- Talent wasn't working
Explanation
This talent "VIGOR CHARGER" 10% CDR per 10% ofhealth stops working after the character dies and is revived by players or independently through the Retcon passive, the % value is shown on the screen, but the skill cooldown remains out of effect.
