Steps to Reproduce

  1. Alt tabbed during gameplay.

Explanation

Alt tabbing at any moment except: ramrod, voting, loading cave. Causes enter to switch game into window mode and reduce resolution to 1920 x 1080.
DRG also got this, but it is harder to find there.
