Game Enters Windowed Mode on Chat Input, Changing Resolution

Steps to Reproduce

1. Press Enter and the game goes windowed
2. Remove boomticks as they are the worst designed enemy in the game by far
3. Consider reintroducing glypid exploders or making boomticks work like exploders
4. Complain about the unbalanced nature of exploders
5. Complain about boomtick nests being able to spawn in terrain and being completely obfuscated
6. Describe losing a run due to an unseen boomtick nest
7. Mention the possibility of multiple nests being completely in terrain and impossible to find without a spotter

Explanation

For multiple updates now pressing the enter button to try and chat causes my game to go into windowed mode, this gets me killed, it changes my resolution from 1440p to 1080p, it is horrible. I have 2k hours in DRG 1 and this has literally never happened. I own over 150 games on steam and none of the games I own do this. I have changed the chat starting button to "T" but i still have to press enter to send the chat and it does it then as well. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD FIX THIS S***.
