Loadout Menu: Class Switch Causes Slot Unlocks to Disappear

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the loadout terminal
2. Use Q or E hotkeys to switch class or hover over the arrows in the center and click to switch class manually
3. Ability to unlock upgrade slots disappears

Explanation

Cannot unlock slots in the loadout when you switch classes in the loadout menu. I've tested this a few times, the perk slots are unlockable everytime I launch and relaunch the game but become unavailable to unlock when I switch classes in the loadout menu. Fixes itself by closing and reopening the game but the issue can be repeated.
