Steps to Reproduce
- Equip Born Ready, which states that it offers 15% Reload Speed and Cooling Rate
- Spend some ammo in a weapon's magazine
- Switch off of the weapon for a few seconds
- Observe the weapon reloading automatically
Explanation
Technical Reload IV doesn't state that it has Born Ready as a secondary benefit.
