Steps to Reproduce

1. Press mute and unmute a few times on everyone on my team
2. There was someone being loud and it didn't actually mute them
3. It makes me think it was maybe someone I could hear in my team that wasn't on my team

Explanation

I was just in the main menu and i could hear someone talking, turns out it was someone from one of my last games, he was stuck open mic even when I'm not with or partied with him, i could hear him on my main menu
